Terms and Conditions
The rules and guidelines for using our website and production services.
These Terms govern your access to and use of all content, products, and services available on the website operated by Community Services Productions LLC (“Community Services Productions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Your access to our services is subject to your acceptance, without modification, of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules and policies we may publish from time to time.
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Agreement, you may not access or use our Services.
Service Agreements and Payment
Video production, live event coverage, post-production, campaign assets, and related creative services provided by Community Services Productions LLC are governed by a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (“SOW”) detailing scope, timelines, deliverables, usage rights, and payment terms. Fees are due as specified in the SOW. Third-party costs—such as venue fees, music licensing, talent, travel, or platform distribution—may be billed separately as approved in writing. We may suspend work for overdue payments in accordance with the SOW.
Intellectual Property
This Agreement does not transfer from us to you any of our or third parties’ intellectual property; all right, title, and interest in pre-existing materials, workflows, templates, and proprietary tools remain with Community Services Productions LLC and its licensors. Final deliverables and project-specific media created for you become yours upon full payment as set forth in the SOW, including any license scope (e.g., territory, term, and channels) expressly stated there.
Third-Party Services
In delivering the Services, we may use or recommend third-party platforms, software, embeds, or applications (“Third-Party Services”), such as hosting providers, streaming platforms, analytics tools, or music libraries.
If you use any Third-Party Services, you understand that:
- Use of a Third-Party Service is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond our reasonable coordination role.
- You acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss alleged to arise from use of third-party content, goods, or services.
Accounts
Where use of any part of our Services requires an account (for example, a client review portal), you agree to provide complete and accurate information at registration.
You are solely responsible for activity under your account. You must keep credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, effective immediately where permitted by law—particularly in cases of material breach of the Service Agreement. Cancellation, notice periods, and final deliverables or payments will be governed by the SOW.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, confidentiality, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Disclaimer
Our Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Community Services Productions LLC and its suppliers and licensors disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. While we pursue high creative and technical standards, we do not guarantee specific audience reach, engagement rates, fundraising outcomes, or other results influenced by factors outside our control.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, this Agreement and any access to or use of our Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
Community Services Productions LLC may modify or replace these Terms at its sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect where required. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
